He recently shared some adorable pictures with his younger brother Sabeel and two of his dear ones in the family. Interestingly, Sohel, Sabeel and the little ones were seen twinning in colour-coordinated outfits. These pictures have left his fans gushing over him and his besties from the industry have also commented on the pictures. While BB Non-Stop fame RJ Chaitu wrote, "sabeel fan ekkada", Sohel's BFF Ariyana Glory commented, "Arey @syedsohelryan_official Nuvvu Chala Best ra ....... Mee thamudu ra Don" On the TV front, Sohel played the role of Arjun in the daily soap Krishnaveni. However, he got close to the masses with his stint in Bigg Boss Telugu season 4. Sohel took BB fans by surprise by accepting the deal of Rs. 25 lacs and quitting the show in BB Telugu 4 grand finale on December 20, 2020. He was appreciated by Megastar Chiranjeevi, who graced the event as the special guest. He has made many TV appearances after his BB stint and he will be soon seen in the special show 'Thank You Dilse' along with his father Salim. The show is set to celebrate fatherhood.

Interacting with fans in an Instagram LIVE session, Sohel apologised for not being able to entertain them with his upcoming films or projects. Talking about his career, Sohel stated that he comes from a humble background and has worked very hard to earn some fame. He credited Bigg Boss Telugu 4 for all the fame he is enjoying today. Interestingly, Sohel revealed that he started his career doing petty characters in films and has received Rs. 100 as remuneration for the 2008 Telugu movie Kotha Bangaru Lokam featuring Varun Sandesh and Sweta Basu Prasad in the lead roles. For the unversed, Varun Sandesh was one of the finalists of Bigg Boss Telugu season 3. Recounting those days, Sohel added that he has received hundred rupees for the film out of which Rs. 50 went to the artist coordinator and he used to travel by Setwin buses and save Rs. 20 every day by satiating his hunger with mere mirchi bajjis.
  Reiterating that he is living his dreams now with the support from Bigg Boss fans, the TV actor further promised to release his films in the new year. Notably, Sohel and Meha**** claimed that they had experienced a minor inconvenience on the Kurnool highway on Friday. The two set off to celebrate their new year in Bengaluru but dropped their plans at the last minute.

He asked the opinion of his father who also suggested him to accept the money. Upon the request of his brother Sabil, Sohel promised to donate Rs. 10 lacs from the money offered to him to an orphanage. Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 fame Syed Sohel Ryan, one of the finalists who quit the race accepting the deal of Rs. 25 lakh, chose to clear the air on allegations that he along with BFF Meha**** committed a 'scam' in the finale.
Interacting with fans on his Instagram handle, Sohel clarified that he is completely not aware of Meha****'s alleged hints on the night before the finale.

A section of netizens complained that Meha**** dropped hints to Sohel about his position in the finale. A video wherein Meha**** can be spotted showing number three during his latest visit to the BB house is doing the rounds on social media.

Mentioning that Rs. 25 lakh deal was made to Rahul Sipligunj and Sreemukhi, Sohel added that nobody knew about the deal. He further questioned how Meha**** would know about the deal and his position in the finale. Sohel also stated that he along with Akhil asked Meha**** just about the growth in their Instagram followers.

Sohel swore on his career and claimed that he is innocent and emotionally pronounced that his career will never flourish if he has committed a mistake. He urged everyone to believe him and further thanked for the love and support.

In Sunday's (October 20) episode, Sohel refused to accept the Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 20 lakh but took the Rs. 25 lakh deal after his brother asked to donate Rs. 10 lacs to an orphanage. He quit the race which eventually left Akhil as runner up and Abhijeet was crowned the winner of season 4.

Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 fame Sohel Syed Ryan got a special gift from host Nagarjuna Akkineni. Sohel took to his Instagram handle to flaunt the brand new AirPods that were gifted by Nagarjuna and shared his excitement with fans. Sharing a picture with his new possession, he asked fans to guess who gifted it further referring to his meeting with Nagarjuna recently.

In a recent video that Sohel shared on Instagram, he can be seen having a candid chat with Nagarjuna and showing him a video. Nagarjuna keenly looked at the video and appreciated Sohel.


Bigg Boss Telugu 4 is unarguably a game-changer in Sohel’s life. He has taken fans by surprise by quitting the show accepting Rs. 25 lacs in a dramatic grand finale. While the special guest of the finale, Chiranjeevi Konidela not only gifted Sohel special mutton biryani made by wife Surekha on the finale night but also promised to release the audio of his film.
