“Bollywood. Since I love dancing, I can dance on any Bollywood song. We have mixed so many dance forms like jazz, salsa...We collaborate...make a Khichadi... Song baawre from Luck By chance has a good combination of …western and Indian steps.”

Favorite song of the recent times?

“I want to dance on the famous song of Vivek Oberoi from his latest film Prince ‘Tere Liye’, its romantic but at the same time also a catchy number. This is my favorite song; I love to hear it whenever I am free.”

Which songs you would love to dance on?

“I can dance on the current number Tere Liye while my all time favorite song is from the movie Dil Chahta Hai in which Saif Ali Khan performed with Sonali Kulkarni and the new Aankhen film which has music with Amitabh’s dialogue, vocal (contemporary).”

Which dance forms you would like to learn?

“I really want to learn contemporary dance form, dance forms like Argentina Tango, Bachata- it’s a sensual form. In this dance there are lots of hip movements.”

Does dancing help you to keep fit?

“Dance requires a lot of energy and flexibility and through dancing each body part is exercised, even Aerobics is a dance form which helps us to keep fit.”

Who is your dancing icon?

“In western dance it’s Michael Jackson and in India it’s none other than Mithun Chakraborthy who became a disco icon of every dancer. He was my inspiration when I was a child.”

Among the TV actors who is your favorite dancer?

“None. But in Zara Nachke Dikha I like Rashami Desai and Abhishek Awasthi while in Bollywood I like Hrithik Roshan for his western dance, as a performer I like Shah Rukh Khan and as a Versatile dancer I think Govinda is perfect.”
