Bigg Boss Kannada 8: Rajeev Hanu gets evicted; housemates suffer an emotional breakdown
 Bigg Boss Kannada season 8 has witnessed its next eviction. Celebrity cricket league fame Rajeev Hanu is the latest contestant to get evicted from the show. Rajeev, who was known as the strongest contestant of the season got evicted in the latest weekend episode of the reality show. Unlike the routine eviction, where host Kiccha Sudeep would announce the evicted contestant in Sunday's episode, the recent episode turned out to be a different one as the host did not make his appearance due to illness. Just like the previous week, a video snippet of the Latter was played inside the Bigg Boss house. While it turned out to be Rajeev's journey video inside the glasshouse, he bid an emotional goodbye to his inmates. During his farewell inside the glasshouse, Bigg Boss gave Rajeev a superpower to transfer the 'Golden pass' he earned the previous week. Rajeev decided to transfer the golden pass to Shubha Poonja as she had helped him win it. He also spoke about the bond he shares with Shubha. Although the actress denied accepting the golden pass, Rajeev insisted Shubha keep it safe and use it when needed. He became the captain in the third week. Rajeev defeated his co-contestant Manju Pavagad in the final stage of the 'ball' task and became the captain.
