Sony’s much awaited realty show Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao which is inspired by
I’m a celebrity…get me out of here is reportedly facing road blocks which may delay the show’s launch date. As reported the show was to air from July 6 but audiences may be unable to visit the jungle for yet another week.
A source informed, “Unfortunately, the show may be delayed by a week. The reason is that we are facing some technical problems that are delaying the telecast of the show. Also we expected all the contestants in Malaysia by the first week of July but some of them might reach late there. Though practice sessions are being conducted in Malaysia for the contestants who have reached it will take some time to start the real shoot.”
Adds another source, “Sometimes it does happen with such big shows and hence it should not be a matter of too much concern. Moreover we don’t think that the show will be delayed for more than a week. We are also having good editing facilities to give audiences the latest. The episodes will be edited in Malaysia and will be telecast on about the same day of the shoot, so that people can see
Iss Jungle Se…. without delay.”
We tried contacting Sony’s programming head Gurdip Bhangoo but in vain.
However, it seems that this impediment will give contestants time to practice some more. And after so much practice we hope to see a perfect show.
