Service Maintenance Order Not Completely Maintained In Plant
Service Maintenance Order Not Completely Maintained In Plant
Service/Maintenance order type SM03 not completely maintained in plant 1000. When I use T-code:iw31 create a service order,It show the following error message: Service/maintenance order type SM03 not completely maintained in plant 1000 Message no. IW216 Diagnosis For the selected order type and plant, no check control is maintained in Plant Maintenance/Service in 'Availability Check for Materials, PRTs and Capacities'. Procedure A check control must be maintained for this combination of order type and plant. Solution: Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Assign order types to maintenance plants. Maintain the order type SM03 against the plant. Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Completion confirmations --> Define the parameters for completion confirmations. These both should be done, try to raise the SM03 order now. Maintain Check Control You need a checking group and a checking rule to execute this availability check. For this go to customizing path Maint And service order --> Function and setting for oder type --> Available Check for material, PRT And perform following action: 1. Define Checking rule-You can thus carry out various application-related checks for a material. 2. Define scope of check In this menu option, you define the check scope. Checking group and checking rule together specify the scope of the check. 3. Define Inspection Control You can make the checking rule as well as the actual check itself dependent on the following parameters: * Plant * Order type * Operation |
