One saw a completely different and an emotional Monica Bedi in Bigg Boss 2. However some of her inmates then said that there was more to her than meets the eye. For the scribes, Monica emerged as very calm and an extremely friendly person. Since that period, she’s unflinchingly answered any question that was asked of her. Be it the police keeping a tab on her whilst she was in the Big Boss house, her link-up with Rahul Mahajan or on ex-lover Abu Salem.
Perhaps, the lady has got too media savvy for her own good. Bedi, allegedly invited few friends from the media on the sets of Sahara One’s upcoming show
Mr and Mrs. Mishra but without informing the channel or the production. Ultimately, the officials ordered Bedi to send back the media.
A little birdie from the sets says, “Monica was supposed to shoot today. She came in at 9.00 am but at around 1.00 pm, we saw a few electronic journalists on the sets. Apparently, they said they had come to interview Monica but neither the channel nor the production was aware of this so officials on the sets asked Monica to send back the scribes. Bedi was visibly upset and tried convincing the production officials but to no avail. The channel is very upset with Bedi’s antics.”
We tried contacting Monica Bedi and even sent her a text message but she didn’t reply.
However, a close aide of Bedi said, “What happened today is unfortunate. Well, Bedi had invited select media scribes. She’s informed the show’s creative director but not the channel. I guess there was some miscommunication here. It’s not any big issue. However I’d like to disclose one point that no one objected when Raja Chaudhary had personally invited the media for the same show.”
Meanwhile officials from Sahara One simply refused to comment.
The likes of Monica Bedi, Raja Chaudhary, Aryan Vaid will be making special appearance in this soon-to-be-launched show.
