Many of our small screen stars have traveled right from our television screens to the silver screen. Ram Kapoor who has already done many films in the past too is now doing another Bollywood movie called Udaan with Ronit Roy.

Indya takes a look at some more telly stars who are aspiring to make it big in Bollywood.

Shubhangi Atre

Show: Kasturi, STAR Plus

After Kasturi, Shubhangi is all set to be seen in a kid’s movie called Little Master directed by Ravi Bhatia. According to Shubhangi, the movie resembles to Hollywood movie Home Alone. Telling us more about the movie, she tells us that Little Master will be a kid’s movie where Shubhangi will be seen playing a working woman called Pallavi who is very ambitious and very determined.

Ajay Singh Chaudhary

Ajay Singh Chaudhary who is seen as the lead actor in Palampur Express will again be seen playing the lead role in a film called Let’s Dance where he will be seen opposite Gayatri Patel. Ajay will be seen playing Neel in the film who runs a restaurant. Gayatri, on the other hand is a dance teacher who aspires to be a choreographer. The story is all about her dreams and how he helps her in achieving those dreams.

Eva Grover

Show: Bidaai, STAR Plus

After Bidaai, Eva Grover is all set to play mother in her latest flick My Friend Ganesha Part 3 where she will be paired opposite Baba Sehgal. Eva will be seen as a typical Maharashtrian woman clad in the traditional nine yard sari. Her son will be played by child actor Rahul who will be seen as Lord Ganesha’s friend. It is speculated that the movie will be made in 3D this time. There will be more animation and songs. The movie will release during Ganesh Chaturthi.

Tarun Khanna

Show: Kahaniyan Vikram aur Betaal Ki, Colors
Tarun Khanna has already taken his step into Bollywood as he completed shooting of his first film titled Mumbai July 11. According to the actor, the plot revolves around a tale which occurred on the same day. It’s a fictional movie and stars Natasha Singh too who will be seen paired opposite him. The movie is directed by Vinod Thakur and is scheduled for release on 8 July.
