• 'Kumkum Bhagya' is coming up with an interesting twist in the lives of lead characters 'Abhi' played by Shabbir Ahluwalia and 'Pragya' which is depicted by Sriti Jha who were married earlier but they parted because 'Pragya' was shown as dead. But later in the show there was a two-year leap. Now both will tie the knot again though this time it will be a contract marriage.

Mitali offers the drink to everyone but Tanu refuses it. Prachi gets it back to the kitchen and informs Ranbir, Riya and Aryan about it. They decide to go back to their Plan A of stealing Tanu's phone.

The two wonder how Baljit Dadi could change her mind about Tanu. They go inside. Prachi and Rhea pretentiously object to Tanu's roka with Abhi. Story, About the TV Show:

• Kumkum Bhagya (English title: Twist of Fate) is an Indian drama television series produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms It premiered from April 15, 2014 on Zee TV and also digitally available on ZEE5.
  
• The series stars Sriti Jha and Shabbir Ahluwalia. Kumkum Bhagya is loosely based on Jane Austen's 1811 novel Sense and Sensibility.
  
• The series started as the story of Pragya, Bulbul and their mother Sarla Arora's hope to see them married. Later, the show revolved around Abhi and Pragya. On March 18, 2019, after Abhi and Pragya's separation, a twenty-year leap was introduced.
• Post-leap, Mugdha Chaphekar and Naina Singh (later replaced by Pooja Banerjee) were introduced as Abhi and Pragya's separated twin daughters, Prachi Mehra and Rhea Mehra.

Story of Kumkum Bhagya:

• Kumkum Bhagya which is produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms is a passionate love story that revolves around the story line of Abhishek Mehra and Pragya Arora. Kumkum Bhagya, in the Indian interpretation of 'Sense and Sensibility', follows the life of a Punjabi matriarch family where Sarla Arora (Supriya Shukla) who plays the role of Pragya's mother runs a marriage hall (Kumkum Bhagya marriage hall).

• The Kumkum Bhagya Soundtrack was written by Nawab Arzoo and composed by Lalit Sen. Lalit Sen had composed the original songs and background score for the show. "Allah Waariyan" is not the song of this show but it was the theme song of Abhi and Pragya. The first original song of the show is "O Rabba Ki Karaan", audience loved the song. The sad version of this song are also released with the title "Tum Ko Mera Dard Dikhna" and "Har Ke Bhi Jitna Hai Pyaar" Sung By Kashi Malik. Meherbaanon Ka Shukriya Song was released on the occasion of completing 1000 episodes and for thanking the audience for the love and support.

As per the recent news by a leading entertainment portal, Naina Singh who played the role of Rhea Mehra in Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya has left the show. Splitsvilla 11 fame Maera Mishra is likely to replace her.


Actress Naina Singh who participated in MTV reality show Splitsvilla gained immense popularity and love for her role Rhea Mehra in Zee TV show 'Kumkum Bhagya'. However, as per the latest reports by , Naina has apparently quit the show. Naina played the role of Pragya and Abhi's daughter in the show.

As per the reports of the portal, Naina had quit the show in the month of February and she has some really good offers in her kitty currently which she might consider soon. The reports also suggest that Maera Mishra who rose to fame with MTV splitsvilla 11 is most likely to replace Naina as Rhea in the show. Maera has also been a part of popular shows like Maharaj ki Jai Ho and Bahu Begum in the past for which she has received a great and positive response from the viewers.

Actor Manish Khanna has been roped in to play a negative role in Zee TV popular show Kumkum Bhagya starring Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha.



After months of halt in the entertainment industry, the makers of various Television shows have resumed shooting.
