Best period to roll out Payroll

Our company is presently on SAP payroll. Our financial year (for taxation & PF) is from April to March.
For a BU, we want to deploy a new schema with completely new rules in October 2010. Until such time, this company will use the existing schema to process payroll & pay employees.

If we roll out the new schema & pcrs in October will there be implecations in RT & CRT tables and system will throw errors while processing ?

If so what is the best period to roll out new schema. Please give your expert views.

in case if those PCRs and Rules are Queryiing your PF or any Income Tax Realted issues yes , there will be mismatch of the Form 16

can you let us know wht are the changes for those PF and income tax which you have done basically they are standrad statutory deductions
