Error message when assinging a new job code for an old position for an emp

The employees have a current job code, When I try to assign a new job code the follwoing warning message pops up

Choose Restriction

Specific infotype should exist
Specific infortype should not exist
Specific relationship should exist
Specific relationship should not exist
Objects in specific status
Objects valid in a period
Objects should be reached via path.
How to avoid this pop up from displaying?
Why does this pop come?

Try delimiting the relationship between the position and the old job first.
