Appraisal Template Weightings: Value determination Total (overall result)
Questions I am struggling with one of our appraisal templates. I would like all the VC weightings to total up to the VB weightings. So on the VB level, it will display the total of all the VC's below it. When i input the settings below, it seems to be making a calculation. E.g. VC1.1 = 10; then VB = 100 E.g.2 VC1.1 = 10; VC1.2 = 10 then VB = 200 E.g.3 VC1.1 = 25; VC1.2 = 10 then VB = 725 I'm not sure why it is giving me such big number, it seems as though it is doing a calculation to get to the VB totals, but all i want is for it to total. In the above examples i want it to give the following totals E.g. VB= 10 E.g.2 VB = 20 E.g.3 VB= 35 In this template i have got the following settings: VA Level Column - weighting Value List - percentage Value determination - blank VB Level Column - weighting Value List - percentage Value determination -TOTAL VC Level Column - weighting Value List - percentage Value determination - blank Sorting & Weighting Template level - 1 VB level - 1 Answers I think in the value list you should give the scale that is relevant to you instead of giving percentage. According to my understanding there will be either quantity scale or quality scale to be defined. Try making this change and check once more... Similar Threads:
