Can any body tell me , where we can maintain the section 80ccd amt in system.

I think 80ccd only covers the Pension Plan under PFRDA scheme.

Pls provide the details. (Limit , exmption , head)

You can maintain Sec 80C Deductions amount in Infotype 0586 in PA30.
