We are unable to generate form-16 for employees.

Here we are getting error No Valid record for employees.
What could be the problem.

had u uploaded any SAP note or in F16 transaction window is there any TAN number selection field is there is yes then you need to upload another SAP not for removing TAN no. dependency.
