OM Implementation
While going for OM implementation the following things should be taken care.
1. Details of Org Structure 2. List of Org Units & Sub Org units 3. Whether or not to relate to Cost Center to Postion, Cost Center to Org Unit 4. List of relationships to be maintained 5. List of Job Codes & description 6. List of Position Codes & description 7. Whether or not to maintain vacant position 8. Whether or not to maintain IT 1008, 1013, 1009, 1010 etc., 9. Details of Task Catalog, Tasks to be assigned to Position / Job 10. Qualification Catalog, Qualifications to be assigned to Person / positions Then comes the point as PA is already implemented, and you said the persons are occupied by default positions. Then Once the Positions are confirmed, assign the respective position to person in 0001 infotype by using RHINTE30 or by an action. and run the Integration reports RHINTE10, RHINTE00 and check the integration switched in T77S0 table.
