Default Check the time reporting status in CATS

At the end of the week we would like to make sure everybody have reported 40 hours.
Is there any best practice to send automatic mail notification to users that are missing hours?

You can also acheive the same with CATC report. This called as time leveling report.

In Time Sheet Selection, select "Select according to specified number of hours" and give the number of hours as 40 in the fewer than field. You will get all the employee who have less than 40 hrs.
Read the documentation and select the required fields.

Create variant with begin day of the week to end of the week. Save the variant and in the save screen, create dynamic values for the OTHER period -DATE SELECTION FROM AND TO.

Create this report as job and the spool of the job will be sent to SAP Inbox for request SAP users.
