Rounded Off Taxable Amount is reqd. in Report FORM 24Q

Is it possible that we can get - Rounded Off amount under column head "Taxable Amount" instead of amounts getting in Decimals In the "Periodwise Details for Individual deducties" report of FORM 24.

This is client's specific requirement for their Quarterly Report of Form 24.

You can have the conversion rules in the form editor for payslips to eliminate the decimals.

but u can have this facility in 24Q forms. you can change the code to have eliminate decimal places but not suggested as a standard practice.

in form 24Q is a standard delivery of the sap , so better to round the wage types in poayroll processing to eliminate the decimals for 24Q,

we have two ways to round-off values in Form 24Q.

1. Round off the values before processing the payroll only, by writing a small PCR using the operation "ROUND". So that amount will be rounded off and values will be displayed in Form 24 Q or where ever you want.

Note :If you use this, no where the actual values(before rounding off) will be displayed in RT table. Only the rounded-off values will be displayed.

2. Since Form 24Q is a standard program, we cant do the changes in that. So ask the Abaper to copy the program and round off the values to the nearest rupee using coding.

Just check which one will suit your requirement.
