Time evaluation - change accrual & transfer date either thru PCR or BADI

I am working on quota accruals where i had set up the quotas with tranfer time as a transfer rule. Transfer rule is having a date type as a reference.

The issue is when we are running the time evaluation, we are getting the accrued value correctly,
however transfer is happening on next day when i use the date type.

But while transfering the amount which got accrued on that day also getting transferred along with accrued value.

Here i want to change the transfer date as same as accrued date, i mean i need to change the transfer date of quota.

Please let me know, what would be the options to change the transfer date before accrued value get trasfered.

Is there any operation(PCR)? or BADI where we can play with transfer date.
