Configuration of Medical Reimbursement..exemption

Can anyone pl let me know how to config Medical Reimbursement and at the time when i run payroll, the medical reimbursement will deduct from gross salary as well as exemption u/s 10. it will deduct twice.

so can u tell me how medical reimbursement will be exempted under what section?

For wage type to be exempted, Tick Processing Class 71 as R, Cummulation Clall 1 and 25 as Tick and to appear in form 16 under sec 10 , make evalution class 6 as 10.
It will not give double exemption.
