Loan Infotype in Payroll
Here we are having a Loan infotype 45 and its an external payment. Iam not able to see the balance amount in balance field in loan infotype. How can this be achieved ? Would be great if you could share the inputs on same.

First run the real run and u can see the balance
or run the std loan report S_AHR_61016210 with regards partha

Have u created record in payment tab for external loan payment. and also check the loan record dates and loan payment dates.
Have u executed loan in payroll???? make sure you have entered installment amount
