I thought of doing something different rather than play Mansukh Popat from my current show Burey Bhi Hum Bhaley Bhi Hum.” But then why Ravan? “Who better than Ravan to spread the message of togetherness?” he retorts. “Ravan had always maintained and lived together with his huge family. In Bengalis we have a term called Ravan er gushti which means Ravan’s clan and is often used to talk about certain families which still have a huge number of members.
