'Hanson Ka Joda', the NDTV Imagine show produced by Rajshri Productions already boasts of some big names of television such as Shaleen Bhanot, Shubangi Atre, Ali Merchant, Vineet Raina and Nupur Joshi.



Our source informs us that the very popular Reema Lagoo who was earlier seen in Khandaan, Shriman Shrimati, Tu Tu Main Main and its extended version, Kadvee Khatti Meethi is back to television with this Rajshri show. Reema Lagoo was earlier part of Rajshri's blockbuster films Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun and Hum Saath Saath Hai.

According to our source, "Reema Lagoo's association with Rajshri Productions when it comes to films has been very fruitful, and they wanted to recreate the magic on television too. She has been finalized to play a very important role in the show".

We had earlier reported that Vineet Raina, Shubangi Atre and Nupur Joshi play siblings in Hanson ka Joda. "Reema Lagoo will be essaying the role of their mother in the show", confirms our source.

We called Reema Lagoo who confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am doing the show, but can't divulge any detail now".

We tried calling Producer Kavita Barjatya, but she remained unavailable for comments..
