Playtime's upcoming show on COLORS, gets its final title, and the promo of the show will be on air in few days' time...
We had reported earlier that
Playtime Creations is coming up with a show on
COLORS on the concept of Rich v/s Poor, which was tentatively titled 'Naseeb'.
However, the show has now got its final title, which is
'Laagi Tujse Lagan'. As we know, this is the story of a poor yet beautiful girl belonging to a Maharashtrian family, and how she meets a rich guy and falls in love with him.
According to our source, "The male lead in the show will be a tall young man with good physique and positive looks, but the guy will be moderate to bad looking. The face to play the role has not been finalized yet. The male lead will be from a very rich family, and owns a full-grown wine business".

earlier, Mahi Vij who was earlier seen in Sahara One's Shubh Kadam will play the beautiful girl who will fall for the moderate looking man. "The first promo for the show with Mahi Vij was shot yesterday, and is expected to be on air soon. The show is expected to launch in December after the culmination of Bigg Boss, and will occupy either the 9 PM or the 9.30 PM daily slot on COLORS", informs our source.
We tried calling Mahi Vij, but she remained unavailable.
We also tried calling Producer Hemal Thakkar, but he was also unavailable.
Earlier, Zee TV had come up with a very ambitious project on similar lines titled Ardhangini which had a Bengali backdrop to it. Even in that show, the female lead was very beautiful when compared to the guy she marries.
