Star Plus' Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai completes 500 episodes today...
Rajan Shahi's Bidaai on Star Plus might have bid adieu to its audience, but Director's Kut's other show on the channel, 'Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' manages to keep the viewers hooked to its story line.
Today happens to be an auspicious and special day for the whole team of Ye Rishta, as it celebrates the completion of 500 episodes.
Our source from the sets tells us, "There was a havan arranged on the sets today morning and the occasion was celebrated in a religious way. This was followed by a small cake cutting ceremony. Present on the sets were the cast and crew along with the Producer Rajan Shahi and some close well wishers too graced the sets to be part of the happy moment".
There were some cast members who could not attend the Hawan as they had packed up very late yesterday night. Pooja Joshi aka Varsha Bhabhi was one of them.
We contacted Karan Mehra who in a very happy mood says, "Even I want to congratulate the audience on this day, as without their love and support, we could not have seen the day."
Talking about the 500 episodes experience he further says, "It feels like we are shooting the initial episodes of the show. Time has passed so fast, and today we are enjoying our 500 episode completion. We hope to continue for long".
We tried calling
Hina Khan aka Akshara and Rajan Shahi the Producer of the show but they remained unavailable for their remark.
