Define deduction periods


In the previous step you defined the periodicities of payment models. In this step you assign the appropriate deduction periods to the payment models. You determine in which periods the deductions are made for each payment model.


Standard settings
SAP recommends that you define the deduction periods for several years in advance.


Activities
1. Enter the key of the payment model in the dialog box.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Enter the years for which the payment model is valid. Note that you may have to define the deduction periods for the payment model individually for each year.
4. Select the periods in which the deductions are made.
