Debojit Saha - Music Ka Maha Muqqabla



Debojit came to fame as a winner of one of the reality shows in 2005 and since then he has been making news about his music or his appearance in couple of reality shows. Apart from his singing s****s he has anchored a music reality show in Bengali.

Post his success as the winner of the reality show he released his first album known as Debojit which was a runaway success post that he has done play back for couple of films. He is very popular as a stage performer and has performed worldwide.

He has started an NGO Anandam-E-Lakshya in collaboration with other famous personalities for the welfare of elderly and orphan kids.

Anwesha Duttagupta - Music Ka Maha Muqqabla






Anwesha started her musical journey at a young age of 4. Anwesha's inspiration is her mother, she is the only child of her parents and they both gave her immense support in her musical journey. She started performing early in her life, she is all of 16 today and have lists of achievements under her name.

She was the first runner up of Amul Voice of India Chote Ustaad which was stepping stone to her bright future. Anwesha has become a popular stage performer and has done couple of playbacks for both Hindi and Bengali films. And this young singer has a long way to go.

Harshit Saxena - Music Ka Maha Muqqabla


Music runs in Harshit's family, his mother and brother are good singers and from the age of 4 he has been learning music from his mother. But his passion for music started when he was in class 8th and he was a big fan of Kishore Da. To improve his voice quality he started recording his voice on Kishore Da's Karaoke tracks. Later he participated in Lucknow Mahotsav but lost in first two years of participation. But he didn't loose hope and in his 3rd year he won 1st prize and went on winning for next 4 years.

He then started training under Gulshan Bharti and his training under his Guruji helped him to become the 1st runner up of Amul Voice of India. After being a runner up in two reality shows he has become popular and a complete performer, he travels across the globe for international concerts.

Mohit's Fighters - About the team

The soulful voice of Mohit Chauhan has mesmerized many, but here he is determined to prove a point. The sensitive singer is leaving no stone unturned to make sure his team proves to be a worthy challenger to the others. Ameya, Hemachandra ,Ravi Shukla and new entrant Neekita Nigam form this fighter team.
Meet the team members:



Mohit Chauhan (Captain): Mohit started his career singing Indian pop songs with the band Silk Route as a lead singer. He released two albums, Boondein and Pehchan with Silk Route. The band dissolved and in 2008 he released the solo album Kalam, for which he composed and sung. He also took part in a television reality series Mission Ustaad on a Hindi entertainment channel.

His most appreciated song even before his film career started was Dooba-Dooba from the album Boondein. The album debuted at number one slot in the charts and the band won several awards at the Channel V awards in 1998. He never took formal training in music, but sings and plays guitar.

Neekita Nigam - Music Ka Maha Muqqabla





Coming from a family of musicians and singers, Neekita's passion for music was natural. This 24 years old girl from Delhi has come a long way and is now all set to rock the nation with her melodious voice. Her father and brother have excelled in their careers as good singers and now its Neekita's turn to prove her mettle.

Neekita is learning music from Sunil Boregaonkar for the past one year now. She is very excited to be a part of Amul Music ka Mahamuqabla. In the show, she thinks every team has the best of singers so it is going to be a tough competition.

Neekita has got immense support from all her team members and the captain. She wants to learn the simple and approachable vibe in Mohit's singing which she adores a lot.
