It's day three of Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard's Sardinian sojourn, and the romance just keeps coming.

One Show host Christine, 31, and Frank, 32, managed to tear themselves away from their sun loungers for a boat cruise - just the two of them.
Rather than a huge statement P-Diddy style yacht, the pair opted for a modest blue boat to ferry them around the Costa Smeralda.

Seen jumping off the boat's stern, Christine and Frank enjoyed the emerald waters, and a few kisses as their romantic break continues.

Frank showed off with a few dives in front of Christine, but the television presenter is no slouch in the water herself as she completed an arduous cross-channel water-ski for Comic Relief just a few months ago.
So the less intense water play with her footballer beau must seem like light relief in comparison.

After a cooling swim in the crystal clear waters, the pair clambered back onto the boat for more sunbathing.
And dressed today in a colourfully striped bikini the 31-year-old appears to be holding back the years, as the less than supportive strapless top appeared to defy gravity.

Meanwhile, Christine's tan appears to be coming along nicely as the bright style appeared to highlight a more sunkissed look.
Frank and Christine are enjoying a luxurious break in a five star resort frequented by the likes of Elizabeth Hurley, Carla Bruni and George Clooney.

For Christine who has signed a £4million contract with ITV, it's a lifestyle she will now no doubt become accustomed to.
Yesterday the 31-year-old presenter showed off her toned physique in a bandeau white and black striped two-piece as she relaxed by the pool with a cool glass of rose wine.
But it seems it may have been a little too early as it highlighted her still-pale skin.

However, clearly determined to get some colour on her vacation, Christine was photographed spending the majority of her day relaxing in the sunshine.
And while the couple had previously done everything they could to keep any public displays of affection out of the public eye.
It seems being in the sunshine is encouraging their affectionate sides.

After their first public kiss upon arrival on Wednesday, the pair couldn't resist sneaking another one in today, seemingly not caring about who might be watching.
If Frank was distraught about his early exit from the World Cup, he hid it well. But he was no doubt feeling still slightly sorry for himself.

Christine had decided to fly out to South Africa to watch England take on Germany, but has now earned herself the role of comforter following England's defeat.



But the combination of the warm weather and being on holiday with his svelte girlfriend appears to be just what the doctor ordered - judging by the wide smile and excitable behaviour from the 32-year-old Chelsea player.
Giggling and messing around with Christine, Frank looked very much like a man in love.

The couple are currently on holiday at the same resort as his cousin Jamie Redknapp and his ex-singer wife Louise.



And the foursome are clearly getting on well, with Christine and Louise sharing an affectionate hug by the pool on Wednesday.
Earlier this week, Christine and Frank sparked rumours they had got engaged when the presenter was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger.


However, her agent later denied the reports saying it was a ring that Christine regularly swaps between hands.
