Bigg Boss Telugu 4: Sohel accepts Rs. 25 lacs prize and walks out



Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 is set to crown its winner in a few moments. Host Nagarjuna made an alluring offer of Rs. 25 lacs to the three finalists and Syed Sohel Ryan accepted it, leaving his friend Akhil in utter shock. While families of Akhil and Abhijeet insist upon winning the trophy instead of cash, Sohel decides to accept the offer and walk out of the show. He asked the opinion of his father who also suggested him to accept the money. Upon the request of his brother Sabil, Sohel promised to donate Rs. 10 lacs from the money offered to him to an orphanage. His family along with the ex-contestants appreciate Sohel's practical decision.

Sohel proudly walks out of the show with Rs. 25 lacs and becomes the first contestant in the history of the reality TV series in Telugu to quit the show in the finale. Bigg Boss Telugu 4's Sohel dismisses allegations of 'scam' in finale; says, "My career will never flourish if I had committed a mistake"

Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 fame Syed Sohel Ryan, one of the finalists who quit the race accepting the deal of Rs. 25 lakh, chose to clear the air on allegations that he along with BFF Meha**** committed a 'scam' in the finale. Interacting with fans on his Instagram handle, Sohel clarified that he is completely not aware of Meha****'s alleged hints on the night before the finale.

A section of netizens complained that Meha**** dropped hints to Sohel about his position in the finale. A video wherein Meha**** can be spotted showing number three during his latest visit to the BB house is doing the rounds on social media.

Mentioning that Rs. 25 lakh deal was made to Rahul Sipligunj and Sreemukhi, Sohel added that nobody knew about the deal. He further questioned how Meha**** would know about the deal and his position in the finale. Sohel also stated that he along with Akhil asked Meha**** just about the growth in their Instagram followers.

Sohel swore on his career and claimed that he is innocent and emotionally pronounced that his career will never flourish if he has committed a mistake. He urged everyone to believe him and further thanked for the love and support.

In Sunday's (October 20) episode, Sohel refused to accept the Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 20 lakh but took the Rs. 25 lakh deal after his brother asked to donate Rs. 10 lacs to an orphanage. He quit the race which eventually left Akhil as runner up and Abhijeet was crowned the winner of season 4.

Bigg Boss Telugu 4, Day 91, December 5, highlights: Sohel awarding Akhil with ticket to finale medal and other major events at a glance



The latest episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 started with Abhijeet getting released from the jail in Friday's episode. The contestants then participated in two promotional tasks judged by Sohel.

Interacting with the housemates, host Nagarjuna addressed Avinash's concerns about Monal kicking him in the ticket to finale round 1. He showed them videos of the sequence and took the opinion of the housemates over Avinash's allegations against Monal. A majority felt Monal's smile in the episode was confusing. She apologised to Avinash yet again.

The contestants made honest confessions to host Nagarjuna. He spoke to Abhijeet and encouraged him to stay himself and keep playing his game. Sohel told Nagarjuna that they are very volatile in the house and he is feeling the conflict between the heart and mind towards the finale. Nagarjuna consoled Monal, who vented his anguish and motivated her to stay strong.
Akhil got saved first and he then received the finale medal from Sohel.

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4, Sohel and Ariyana got into an ugly verbal spat over their differences. He justified his act of throwing Ariyana's dress into the pool and Monal throwing her soft toy out adding that he took revenge for her game in the BB Baby Care and Humans vs Devils tasks. He accused her of valuing a soft toy than her co-contestant Avinash while she alleged that he is tarnishing her image. Akhil, Monal and Akhil tried to calm Sohel down.
Ariyana complained to Bigg Boss against Sohel and other contestants. She had an emotional breakdown thinking about what happened to her so far. Abhijeet tried to console and motivate Ariyana. Monal tried to talk to Ariyana but the latter begged to leave her.

Meanwhile, Sohel, Abhijeet and Akhil tried to distract Harika who was performing the endurance task.
Abhijeet and the rest of the contestants got into a heated debate after the former sat and got up from the seat. Akhil reported to Bigg Boss that Sohel was the winner of the task.

Sohel, who won the Voter Appeal pass, entered the confession room, appealed to the telly audience to vote for him forgiving his anger issues. He added that he was just being genuine to his feelings.

Ariyana burst into tears saying that she couldn't take Sohel's aggressive side. Akhil posed a major objection adding she is making unwanted allegations against him in the name of venting her anguish. Ariyana justified her emotional breakdown.

Bigg Boss Telugu 4, Day 98, December 13, highlights: Monal Gajjar gets evicted; 5 finalists of the season declared



The latest episode of Bigg Boss started with a dazzling reveal of the Rs. 50 lakh prize money for the title winner, and contestants were asked to talk about what the money meant to them. Harika, Monal and Sohel dreamt of a house for their mothers while Ariyana wished to help out people from her hometown Anthur. Abhijeet wanted to give it all to his father, Akhil wished to help out the specially abled and also open a cafe. The contestants imitated each other in delivering their acceptance speeches.

Host Nagarjuna announced Abhijeet as the third finalist of the season. Harika was revealed to be the fourth finalist.

The contestants were split into two teams and they had to guess the names of different movies by their posters. They and played dumb charades later on.

In a nail biting sequence, Ariyana made it to the final five and Monal's journey on the show ended. Housemates bid her an emotional goodbye. Ariyana was in utter shock while Monal got emotional over her eviction.

- Monal suggested Abhijeet to be good friends with everyone especially Akhil, now that she is not around.
- She asked Ariyana to be less aggressive during the tasks. Monal requested Sohel to not get hurt for petty things.
- Monal ordered Harika to be in the finale along with Akhil.
