Close sources reveal that Noel is being treated at a private hospital in Hyderabad and is likely to come back to the show very soon. Noel has been complaining of body ache for a while now. Bigg Boss Telugu 4, Day 56, October 31, highlights: From Akhil and Lasya getting saved to Noel's elimination, major events at a glance



The latest episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 started with host Nagarjuna Akkineni flying down from Manali to host the show.
In Friday’s episode, the housemates performed a promotional task. The team of male contestants won the task.

Nagarjuna presented the contestants some gifts he bought from Manali. He showed Sohel and Akhil a video hoping it will resolve their differences. Sohel and Akhil hugged it out. Nagarjuna showed Monal a video of Abhijeet’s conversation with Noel and Lasya and said such conversations might have fueled Abhijeet’s hatred for her. Monal was shocked to see the other side of Lasya and Noel.

He then showed Ariyana a video of Amma Rajasekhar venting his frustration for not making him the ration manager after becoming a captain. He asked Ariyana to not bother about the opinions of others. As per the next task, the contestants crowned a co-contestant whom they think is the villain in their BB journey so far and gave reasons for it.

Akhil was the first contestant of the episode to get saved. Nagarjuna got Noel, who left the BB house due to ill health, back into the show. Noel explained to Nagarjuna that he developed Ankylosing Spondylitis in his left leg also after stepping into the BB house and has been suffering from stiff legs for a while now. He added that he had a deep cut in the left hand and decided to step out once his pain worsened.

Nagarjuna announced to the housemates that Noel is out of the game. Noel gifted Abhijeet his trimmer adding that he along with Harika and Lasya must reach finals. He asked Monal to stop crying as it doesn’t help her game anymore. Noel told Lasya to not care about people who pull her back.
