Ingredients for Cous Cous Royale: Couscous 60gm, Paprika 2gm, Mint 3gm, Bellpepper 100gm, ****er 10gm, Lemon candy 10gm, Prunes 10gm, Olive 10gm, Garlic 5gm, Onion 5gm, Asparagus 50gm, Zucchini Green 50gm, Zucchini Yellow 60gm, Basil 5gm, Broccoli 50gm, Pinenut 5gm. For the Creamy Tahini Sauce: Tahini 20ml, Lemon juice 5ml, Cream 10ml.

How to make Cous Cous Royale: Boil the cous cous with paprika. Saute onion, garlic, choped bell pepper in ****er.

Add cous cous, chop mint and lemon candy. Marinate the vegetables with lemon juice, chopped basil, chopped mint olive oil and garlic and grill the vegetables.

Make the Tahini sauce with lemon juice and water and finish with fresh cream. Make the round base of couscous 9 mm thick; put the vegetables over the base and pour the creamy Tahini sauce on top of vegetables. Garnish with prunes, black olives, pinenuts, chilli oil and parsley sprig.
