1. if the wage type in question has not been completely valuated yet
2. if only the number field of the wage type contains an entry.

Use: In this field, you define how the current wage type (base wage type) should be valuated in payroll.

The following entries are possible:

·No entry:
No valuation using a valuation basis takes place.

·nn:
The valuation takes place with the secondary wage type /0nn.

If you enter 01 means the rate will take from WT /001

If you enter a wage type in the Statement Wage Type field, the valuation basis applies to this derived wage type.

Statement wage type
Statement wage types are used to allocate bonuses to a wage type under a different name in the payroll results.

Use: A wage type can be forwarded to and stored in payroll under a new name as a statement wage type. If you do not enter a statement wage type, the result is stored in the wage type itself.

In contrast to the actual wage type, you always have to enter a statement wage type for derived wage types.

This is WT Valuation using Constant

Like WT 1210 Sunday Pre or Allowance if EE works so will pay Constant amount.

Like if EE worked 2 Days so from constant for one day is $150 so 2*150 = $300

Payroll Modifier
This modifier is used to preselect entries in a number of tables that are relevant to payroll accounting. Please note that it has no significance within the payroll run unless an appropriate value is set in the respective personnel calculation rule.

.

Now other types using Pay scale type/ Area / Group / Level

·TS: The valuation takes place with a pay-scale-dependent constant valuation basis from the T510 table (Pay Scale Group) . Use this setting if you want to take account of the following criteria during the valuation of the wage type:

·Country Grouping
·Pay Scale Type
·Pay Scale Area
·Pay Scale Group
·Pay Scale Level
·Wage Type

The system only reads the entries in table T510 in which all corresponding fields are filled.

·TG: The valuation takes place, as with the TS setting, using a constant valuation basis dependent on pay scale from the T510 table. However, if you use this setting, the system does not take account of the pay scale level. The system reads only the entries in which all fields under TS apart from the Pay Scale Level field are filled from table T510.

·T: The valuation takes place, as with the TS setting, using a constant valuation basis dependent on pay scale from the T510 table. The system does not take account of pay scale level or the pay scale group with this setting. The system reads only the entries in the T510 table in which all the fields under the fields apart from the Pay Scale Level and Pay Scale Group fields are filled.
