• Shiju AR and Susmitha Prabhakaran starrer, 'Neeyum Njanum' left the fans surprised by the twist of introducing Kanmani, a look-alike of lead character Sreelekshmi. It seems like the show has more surprises in the store too.
• In the recent episode, Ravi Varman is seen bidding goodbye to the villagers and decides to leave the place. He says that it is heartbreaking that he couldn't find Sreelekshmi. However, he is hopeful that she will reach him. Ravi tells Raja Ram that he is afraid to inform Sudharshan that he had mistaken Kanmani for Sreelekshmi.
• Later, when they were on the way back, Kanmani stops them and asks whether Ravi will surely pay for her sister's surgery. She also demands that she wants Ravi to build a house for his family if she has to act as his wife. Ravi happily agrees to her demands and Kanmani decides to act as Sreelekshmi, Ravi's missing wife. However, Raja Ram is not seen much happy with Kanmani's decision.
• On the other hand, Sudarshan and Sarojam are excited after learning about Sreelekshmi. They believe that they have got their daughter back and she will soon reach them. During the conversation, Sarojam says that it is because of her prayers that they got Sreelekshmi back. Later, the duo ends up in a silly fight about the importance of mother and father in a kid's life.

Story, About the show:

• Neeyum Njanum is a Malayalam romantic drama about Ravichandran, a suave middle-aged bussinessman, played by Shiju Abdul Rasheed, and Sreelakshmi, a 20 year-old bubbly girl. Life brings them together and despite their age and mindset differences,
• After a two-month break, the serials of ZEE Keralam are starting afresh with new content. The seven serials that were already running successfully in the channel will start its telecast from 1 June onwards.
• Adding to their list of entertaining programmes, ZEE Keralam is also bringing a new supernatural fantasy serial to their viewers from June. Naagini, a new serial that saw success in ZEE TV and other regional ZEE channels will start airing on Zee Keralam from Monday night at 10 PM.
• Zee Keralam said that the new serial would be a different experience for the audience and hoped that the Malayalam version of the serial would get the same attention and welcome it had received in the other regional channels across the ZEE network.
• ZEE Keralam has said that it was a very difficult time for the entertainment industry in Kerala. The Covid2019 crisis affected the smooth functioning of shoots and the subsequent lockdown had left all channels with a shortage of fresh content. With the recent ease in the lockdown rules, ZEE Keralam has resumed shoots while strictly sticking to the shooting protocols put forward by the government.
