Here are few summer coolers or drinks that could be super beneficial for you to have in summers to keep your mind and body cool. One can have home-made iced green tea with a tint of lemon and mint. Combine green tea bags with water and mint in a clean container and set it out in the sun for 3-4 hours, depending on how dark you like your tea.
