Dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5, promises to be high on glam quotient. And as celeb judges Madhuri Dixit, Remo and Karan Johar get all geared up to give their verdicts, we hope the show lives up to our high expectations

Looks like the new season of JDJ is going to keep us hooked on weekends, ‘coz that’s when it’s going to be aired. And we can already imagine Karan entertaining us with his dry-wit, Madhuri motivating the contestants with her soft-spoken comments and Remo giving the much needed push to the dancers with his incisive remarks. And although the mix of contestants seems to be quite bizarre, we wonder if this is the channel’s ways to capture the viewer’s interest. The creative honchos are making sure they maintain a deadly silence about the 13^th contestant who’s going to be on the show. They are also claiming that it’s going to be the biggest surprise package ever. TOI earlier reported that Pratyusha Banerjee, Ravi Kissen, Sanath Jayasuriya, Giaa Maanek and comedian Bharti Singh have been roped in to participate in the competition.




Now, we bring to you the other seven names that have been finalized! Joining these five will be child actor Darsheel Safary, mataji aka Jayati Bhatia, TV hottie Gurmeet Chowdhury, ghazal maestro Talat Aziz, anchors Shibani Dandekar and Archana Vijaya and actress Isha Sharvani.



Jhalaak Dikhhla Jaa has managed to create a lot of hype and rightly so as some of the biggest names from the Indian entertainment industry have been selected to compete against one another.



It will be interesting to see which contestant impresses the judges enough to walk away with the coveted prize!
