Thumbs down End-To-End Implementation

Hi,
Most of the companies are looking for atleast 1 E2E consultants for their requirements. Though we are having knowledge/ domain experience without this we will not be in a position to enter into SAP field. Can u please explain elaborately the modalities for migrate into SAP field with atleast 1 E2E experience since my total experience in manufacturing industry

Companies always looking for Domain experiance with SAP knowlegde if you have Consultant, Configuration knowlegde that will be most added advantage and chance to get the job soon.
