Default Production Planning Integration with HR

Follow Wikinewforum on Twitter
The scenario is :

Ceo is heading the company.
under CEO there are Plant heads
Under Each Plant Head There are Supervisors
supervisors :

Position Targets Completed Target Efficiency

example :
supervisor 1 2,00,000 1,00,000 50%
supervisor 2 3,00,000 2,00,000 75%
supervisor 3 5,00,000 5,00,000 100%

Supervisors Efficiency will effect the Plant head Efficiency:

Under Supervisors There are Vmc’s Operators
For example there are VMC operators who are working in two shifts
First shift From 8 to 3:30 and the second shift is from 3:30 to 12
And as per the work done by the VMC operator Efficiency the worker will get paid .
And the efficiency will be entered by the Production Planning People .

The production Planning people will decide the efficiency of the worker .

Your best bet is to read the documentation on Shift Planning and Incentive Wages and see how can help ????

See, the data or heirarchy is always available in OM isnt it...

So, its suggested to go fora ABAP program which will read the data from PP and accordingly calculated Incetives based on Efficiencies.

Beacuse, even if you try to read and explore from Incentive Wages, u may need to go for User Exits or seperate programs fro Calculation... so instead its better directly go for a Development.

Let all the data comes from PP modules, and its only heirarchy u r picking from HR. the percentage and calculation wil any how be defined in new ABAP program.
