Siddharth Shukla to be eased out of Babul...

It is heard that the protagonist of Sony's Babul Ka Aangann is unhappy playing the grey shade and has decided to quit the show..


One of the popular Jodis of television, Shubh-Aastha of Sony's Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Naa will soon be splitting!! If sources are to be believed, Siddharth Shukla is all set to quit the show.

"He is not happy with the way things are turning out. His character has now gone grey and he is shown as the perfect villain," says a source close to Siddharth.

Post strike, the story track of Babul has been completely changed. "The story which was a love triangle earlier has taken a twist wherein Shubh suspects that Aastha is pregnant with his brother Swayam's kid. For Siddharth, this is not making sense and for this reason, he has already put down his papers," adds the source.

"Being a lead in the show, Siddharth is not happy with his negative role. He feels that its an injustice to him. He wants to leave the show before it becomes too late. However, he tried talking to Ratna Sinha about his track, but the issue was not solved", adds our source.

We called up Ratna Sinha, Producer, Babul Ka Aangann to know the other side of the story, to which she says, "Siddharth is not leaving the show, it is just that the character of Shubh will meet his end and will die. Every character has a possible ending."

The buzz is also that you are planning to bring back Swayam? "Yes there are possibilities of him coming back. Let's see what happens," she adds further.

Not many people know that Siddharth was also offered a new show of Ratna on Turner. "He was offered the lead role, but things did not work out", concludes our khabroo.

As of now, Siddharth has not yet been relieved by Ratna. And as we reported earlier there is a big chance of Rahil Azam getting back to the show!!
