How does California plan to spend its share of stimulus dollars? According to California’s Economic Recovery Portal, the funds will be allocated to health and human services, education, infrastructure, labor, energy/climate, science and technology, housing, and public safety. Among the first to receive funds will be shovel-ready projects, or those projects that are ready or nearly ready to be started.
