Indian Idol is a most popular singing reality show which has been held in Sony Channel. Its first season was started in 2004 in India and it attained a huge success. After its success, this show has successfully completed 7 seasons. Now it is back with an upcoming new season Indian Idol Season 8 and this show’s audition is not yet started.
Eligibility for participants:
- People can participate in the show if they are citizens of India; they need to submit the nationality proof to the production house.
- Participants must be able to think, speak on their own and they must be of good health.
- They must not have any criminal records.
- Participants should be between the age of 16 and above; but not above 30.
- They must register with below given website in the given format.
Online registration:
The online registrations for this show will be expected to start from 10 th September, 2017 and ends up in 30 th November, 2017.

- Upload your video of singing a song for a minute into it and that file must be maximum 40 MB and in video format Mov (3gp, wmv, mov, mpg, mp4, avi)
- Register by filling the details like: full name, gender, email ID, date of birth, age, state and city and also with captcha, and then finally click submit.

- 14th October, 2017 in Varanasi and venue is not yet announced
- 16th October, 2017 at Vidyatree Modern World College, Kapoorthala Road, Sector E, Aliganj, Near Sai Baba Mandir, Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh
- 18th October, 2017 at Wilfred’s College, Sector-10, Meera marg, Madhyam marg, Mansarover, Jaipur in Rajasthan
- 20th October in Chandigarh and venue is not yet announced
- 26th October, 2017 in Ahmedabad and the venue is not yet announced
- 28th October, 2017 at Indore Public School, Knowledge Village Rajendra, Nagar AB Road, Indore – 452012 in Madhya Pradesh.
