Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ke Tansen to get its winner by 7th of June...

Media has already reported that Daily soap queens like Ankita Lokhande, Tina Dutta, Mahi Vij, Suhasini Dhami will be part of the first episode of the revamped version of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen, Taaza Ravivar.

But within a few weeks time, Comedy Circus Ke Tansen will get its winner and the show will bid adieu. Accordingly the shoot is expected to happen on the 6th and 7th of June wherein the final elimination will be on 6th and the finale on the 7th.

A source informs, " As of now Bharti Singh-Abhijeet Sawant, Krushna Abhishek-Sudesh, Ali Asgar- Swapnil Joshi, Shweta Tiwari- Rajiv Thakur are the four finalists. After the final elimination, three teams will battle against each other to prove their best in the finale of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen."

Though the shoot for the grand finale will take place on 6th and 7th of June, the telecast date has not been decided as the time slot of the show has been changed and will be aired only on Sundays.

We contacted Rajiv Thakur and he says, "Yes, we will be shooting our finale next week. And it was fun to work with the daily soap bahus."

We contacted Bharti Singh and she confirmed the buzz.

With just a single tansen in the finale should we guess the winner or will we see a twist in the show?

Shibani Kashyap no longer a part of Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ke Tansen; Bhoomi Trivedi to replace her...

Shibani Kashyap, who tickled the hearts of viewers along with her singing talents, will no longer be a part of Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ke Tansen. She will be replaced by the Indian Idol 5 contestant Bhoomi Trivedi.

According to our source "Shibani Kashyap, who did two episodes of the show with the production house, mutually walked out of the show due to her date issues, and replacing her will be Indian Idol 5 contestant Bhoomi Trivedi".

We contacted Shibani who confirmed the news saying "Yes, henceforth I will not be a part of the show as I have some date issues with my forthcoming foreign tour. I might make a comeback in future, but still the date is not yet confirmed."

We also contacted Sumit Arora and he said "Yes my partner has been changed but at the end of the day it is the script and the act that matters."

Comedy Circus Ke Tansen!



Paresh Ganatra makes an exit from Comedy Circus Ke Tansen, Manish Paul takes his place...

Manish Paul who was lately suffering form Measles and who was on a break from work is back in action. But this time along with Star Plus' Pyaar Mein Twist, he will be shooting for Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ke Tansen replacing Paresh Ganatre.

Paresh Ganatra partnered with Bharti Singh and was a part of the show only for one episode. And now that Manish is back all well, he will take over the show where Paresh makes an exit.

A source states, "Due to the World Cup, the TRPs of the first episode of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen was not that appealing , therefore the same episode was repeated last week."

"The coming episodes of the show will see replacements where Paresh will be replaced by Manish and Shibani will be replaced by Bhoomi. Tushar Kapoor will grace the stage as the celebrity guest," signs off the source.

We tried getting through Manish Paul but all our efforts were in vain.

Paresh Ganatra confirmed his exit from the show as he says, "Yes, I was a part of the show for only for one episode due to the format of the show. And now my place has been taken by Manish Paul."

Comedy Circus Ke Tansen finally sees its first elimination after about five weeks of the show being on air. This time, not one but two groups were eliminated from the show.


A source informs, “This week we saw two groups getting eliminated. The first being Raja Hassan, Raja Sagoo and Preeti Amin and the second being; Anjum Farooki, Jaswant Singh and Abhaas Joshi. Ths special guests this week were Divya Dutta and Amole Gupte who came in to promote their upcoming film ‘Stanley Ka Dabba’ in the Saturday’s episode while Ekta Kapoor was seen in the judge’s chair in the Friday episode to promote her film Ragini MMS.”


Preeti Amin confirmed that her team was eliminated from the show.
The episode will be telecast next week.

Content of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen put under scrutiny


Poor content creates problematic situation for the creatives of Comedy Circus Ke Tansen...

SMP, the censor body which keeps a check on the content of television shows, recently had a tiff with the creative team of Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ke Tansen regarding the script of the show.

A little birdie chirps, "Two weeks back there was chaos in Optimystix production house as few people from SMP busted into the office and caught hold of the creative team of the house. SMP was not happy with the content used by the participants in the show."

It seems that the team uses renowned names from Bollywood and Politics to make their comedy act crispier. A source says, "The issue was raised due a joke that was cracked on Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Singh's relationship which led SMP to bump into the production and sort the issue."

Talking about the final outcome the source informs, "For two days there was no work done on Comedy Circus Ke Tansen as the creative team was busy having meetings with the SMP. Henceforth the audience will get to experience a refined content on the show with less number of jokes on popular figures."

A source from the production house confirmed the buzz.
