Magician Rahul Kharbanda, Convenor – Indian Brotherhood Of Magicians has performed more than 200 shows in schools and over 500 shows for corporates and multi-national companies, in just a span of 7 years.


An MBA in International Business, Magician Rahul has worked and contributed lot for the India ’s oldest Society of Indian Magicians - Indian Brotherhood of Magicians. His father and mentor – Magician Ashok Kharbanda taught him Magic and Rahul has achieved success at the age of 25.


According to Magician Rahul, he has learned and devoted quality time to learn smallest tricks and history of Magic. What is Magic? Art which gives you thrills, astonish you and surprise you is MAGIC! Magic is performing art which have been entertaining people since ages. This art was first performed in darbaar of maharajas and slowly takes the shape of entertainment for public.


Earlier, the popular tricks like rope dancing in air like snake, houdini box (in which magician ties himself with chains and the box was made to push inside river/lake, in just fraction of seconds magician frees himself and reappear from lake. Very few magicians from present time know this trick.
Magician Rahul Kharbanda has many students learning magic from him. His specialization is street Magic, wherein no special props or preparations are required. He just moves in markets, malls and shopping arcades to amaze people with his amazing presentation of tricks.

Suhani Shah

Ever since she started her magical journey on October 22, 1997, Suhani has not looked back. At the young age of 20, she has already done 5000 magic shows! She says, being different has always been her motto and so whatever she did was unique. She kept changing her acts to avoid repetition. A dynamic, young girl, she says she is the only magician to be able to drive any given car blindfolded! With a group of 42 artists assisting her, Suhani usually bases her magic tricks on latest matters of interest such as terror attacks etc. One of her latest illusions is the disappearance of a 14 feet tall replica of the Statue of Liberty on stage.

People watching her magic started believing it to be her divine powers. Suhani however didn’t like this and started spelling out her magic to these people and these explanation sessions soon turned into counseling sessions which birthed the Suhani Mind Care Centre in Goa. She is a proficient orator, psychosomatic counselor and a powerful hypnotist. Suhani accredits herself of being able to rid several problems such as smoking, cancer or ***ual distress. She also has been lecturing at colleges.

Tejas Malode

Tejas is a self-learnt magician. He has never been trained. He was in the 4th standard when he first saw a kid’s magic show on Discovery Channel.

From then on he knew what he is going to do with is life. He immersed himself in magic books, videos and everything else related to magic to learn the art and become a magician. Through this journey from childhood to adulthood, he has faced a lot of opposition, struggled to learn and carve a path for himself in this profession.

Tejas had to fight the odds with his family as they neither encouraged or paid attention to this passion - He was asked to forget about magic. He would spend all his money buying books, all the while lying to parents. An average student during school and college, slowly he started participating in magic shows and eventually won the national championship.

As he grew up he started getting a few small birthday party shows but he was never satisfied because his aim was high, as high as a Lance Burton or David Copperfield. He wanted to go abroad, perform and learn on the global platform and return to India after showing the world a true young modern day Indian magician. And an opportunity on a show like this made him quit his job on an international cruise and join as a participant of this show in India.

His love for magic started very young and the passion he has for the art and to make it big in this profession has lived all these years and many more years to come.

Uday Jadugar

Uday left home at the age of 18, without a penny in his pocket. Being good at Sleight of Hand and Close-Up tricks he worked as an assistant and translator to a foreign magician traveling in Karnataka in order to be able to learn from him. During this period he used to stand outside the performance tent and attract audiences to come in with the help of Close-Up acts. He loved challenges and thus learned the art of performing illusions as well as ventriloquism. He invested the money he made through magic in films and failed miserably.

He has also trained professionally under the master magician, Professor S.K. Vasanth Kumar.

He was reduced to living on the streets, then has risen to making a few crores, fallen again, risen yet again and he says he is now tired of that circle and wants to be able to maintain the lifestyle he holds. Uday has written five books on magic and how to make money.

Uday has two older sisters and two younger brothers. He had an arranged marriage but is estranged from his wife now. His two daughters who are settled by themselves. Uday leads an independent life and chooses to keep to himself. He considers his father, Ramesh Rai as his mentor and is on friendly terms with everyone in his family. He has no regrets from his life and lives each day to the fullest.

Judges Jackie Shroff Fondly known as ‘Jaggu Dada’ will be the celebrity judge. Jackie started his film career with Swami Dada and went on give memorable performances in Hero, Khalnayak, Parina, Rangeela and Devdas. He has also worked in many South Indian films such as Foothpath, Athisayan, Aaranya Kaandam and Rita. SAC Vasanth A master magician, will be hosting the show and mentoring the competing magicians. "Maya Maya" S.A.C. Vasanth, a leading name in Indian magic circles, is well known for his innovative illusion shows. He has entertained thousands over the past 9 years and is today a sought after magician in the world of corporate entertainment. S.A.C. Vasanth was working as a lecturer in a college; he is a MFT, M.Phil by education. But the passion for Magic has made him switch his profession. Today he is known through out India and well-known in South India as “Maya Maya S.A.C.Vasanth”. 2 FANS | Rajat Narasimhan A world class master magician. Rajat Narasimham is a BA graduate from Kolkata University. He always had a fascination for magic from his childhood and started learning magic under Gautam Guha (who was the best known magician at that time). Rajat has performed innumerable magic shows to create awareness regarding various pressing issues such as HIV aids. He has won a national award in 2001 for his outstanding performance for the theme “Magic is a mission”. He has started a magic institute called Kismat Magic Institute, which is named after his deceased brother. Rajat is the executive officer in the Governing Body of FIMA (Federation of Indian Magic Associates).
