Hi

Rounding rule you can use one the same which we created or you can create as per each requirement.

Like here if EE applies 4.5 hours leave so we have to tell system how to deduct like using rounding rule u can say if 4.00 - 5.00 it will rounded to 4 hours.

Like even EE taken 4.5 hours leave it will count only 4 hours likewise you can create rounding rules.
