Bhoot wala serial daily on SAB

Gong by the headline, you must now know that SAB is going to have a horror-comedy soon. Well, the italics tell a tale too.

Back in October 2008, we had filed a news on a new weekly sitcom tentatively titled as ‘Bhoot bhi kabhi rishtedar tha’ that was to make its way on SAB. After that there have been a few changes.

Firstly, the show is now titled (hold your breath) ‘Bhoot wala serial’ and this Edit 2 productions show will now be a daily. Bhoot wala serial is all set to launch on 2 March. The time slot though isn’t decided yet but in all probability, the show will air in the currently-vacant 10 or 10.30 pm time slot. This was conveyed to us by a reliable source.



When contacted producer Binaifer Kohli admitted that they were coming with a daily show but refused to divulge any more details.




SAB business head Anooj Kapoor felt that it was too premature to talk

The cast comprises of Dhruv Singh, who plays the ghost. Other actors include Rajesh Kumar, Manju Sharma and Kiku Sharda.
