Eggplant Wallets (Eastern Recipes)
Prep Time: 30 minutes - 1 hour | Cook Time: 30 minutes or less | Serves: 4 Appetizers » Vegetable » Eastern Ingredients: - 2 egg plants (large) - 6 eggs - 250 gr. (3 cups) grated cheese - salt, pepper - flour - bread crumbs - parsley |

Step 1:
Cut the egg plant. |

Step 2:
Powder some salt on each side and let it sit for 10 min. |

Step 3:
Wash out (get off all the salt) and cover both sides with flour. |
