Another contestant's search for a life partner ends on Star Plus' Lux Perfect Bride...




This week's eliminated contestant had the shortest stay in Star Plus reality TV show Lux Perfect Bride.

According to our source, Silkina Kaur who entered the show last week by winning Lux Competition has been eliminated. This week's decision was again taken by Hitesh's mom was the Mom Of The Week".

Our source further adds that Silkina used to like Yashdeep as she got a chance to meet both Yashdeep and Vivek. Hitesh's mom had nominated Gurpreet, but Rajbeer who won the task saved her, therefore Hitesh's mom finally eliminated Silkina.

Now the girls who are still in the race are Rumpa, Gurpreet and Priyanka.

She had just entered Star Plus’ Perfect Bride to become the perfect bride but it was not meant to be. Silkina Kaur who had entered the show last week has been evicted. Hitesh’s mother Sudeshrani was again voted as the mother of the week and Priyanka Sharma retained her title of Bride of the week.


Informs a source, “Silkina Kaur who had just entered the show wanting to befriend Yashdeep Nain has been evicted. Hitesh’s mom chose Gurpreet and Silkina to land in the danger zone but Rajbeer Singh who won the task of buying vegetables chose to save the former and thus Silkina was evicted.”


“Apart from the usual elimination, there happened a small argument between Hitesh’s mother and Priyanka Sharma. In a task given to the girls, Hitesh’s mother announced Rumpa Roy to be the best of all to which Priyanka said that this was expected. Hitesh overheard Priyanka accusing his mother of favouring Rumpa to which he said that Rumpa was indeed the best amongst all when it came to that particular task”, concludes our source.


The eviction will air tonight on Perfect Bride at 10:00 pm on Star Plus.

Mumbai: Breaking News! In a shocking, but expected development, 23-year-old Silkina Kaur, who had entered 'Lux Perfect Bride' just a week ago, was eliminated from the show tonight. Silkina, a HR Consultant, had shown interest in Yashdeep, but he failed to take decision in this short period.



Hitesh's mom Sudesh Rani Chauhan wanted to eliminate Gurpreet Kaur, as she failed to impress any Kunwar and did not find herself going with either Yashdeep or Vivek. However, Rajveer, who was eliminated by Gurpreet a few weeks ago, saved her and Sudesh Rani had to choose Silkina for elimination.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Sharma was chosen the 'Lux Bride of the Week". She will eliminate a Kunwar from the show next week. While it is widely expected that Priyanka will eliminate either Vivek or Yashdeep, she may even want to end Sudesh Rani's dominance in the house and eliminate Hitesh from the show.

B-town actress Amrita Rao was stormed with one query from every section of the media industry during the launch of Star Plus’ Perfect Bride that what would she do if a groom or his mother approaches her to marry her son. To which Rao confidently replied that she is just a judge and the mothers and grooms definitely won’t approach her. Though grooms and their mothers understood their limitations and couldn’t muster the courage to propose to the actress but apparently Amrita finds a perfect match in one of the contesting grooms Vivek.


Informs a source, “Vivek has been unfortunate in the matters of the heart. Almost all the girls have befriended him on the show but refused to take it forward to a next level of friendship. First it was nandita who showed interest in Vivek and later backed out of the relationship and then Gurpreet too confessed that she takes Agarwal only as a friend and nothing beyond that. Now But this time the three judges felt strongly for him and Amrita even went on to say that Vivek is an extremely genuine, honest and caring guy and if she were to participate in the show, she would have definitely chosen Vivek to be her choice for a perfect Groom.



The two judges then seconded Rao and said we don’t understand why the ladies on the show walk out of the budding relationship with Agarwal half way. The trio felt that Agarwal is a nice guy and deserves to be chosen by the girls of the show. Out of all, it was Amrita who showed the deepest concern over the matter where all girls have abandoned Vivek just after befriending him saying that they don’t see him as their life-partner.”

It seems that there is lots of plotting at its best on Perfect Bride as this time the girls could not tolerate a surprise entry for a long time, our source from the show gave us details about it.



Silkina Kaur just entered in the show last week,” Her entry did not go down well with the girls especially Gurpreet Kaur who also came back in the show via wild card entry. She wanted to be with Yashdeep but Silkina played a spoiler in their relation and Yashdeep too responded positively to Silkina so it was pretty sure that there were fewer chances that Gurpreet will last long in the show.” A source from the show reveals.

Rajbeer and Gurpreet’s entries took place in the show last week and then Silkina entered.” Priyanka Sharma was declared as Bride of the Week and Silkina was nominated to vote out of the show. Therefore she will leave the show in the coming weekend.”

Meanwhile, this week Rumpa and Hitesh’s relation is going to become strong it seems as they will not only get a chance to go on a date but also will be able spend quite good amount of time with each other. The elimination will be on air on weekends. But after this elimination will Gurpreet manage to win Yashdeep's heart? For that one needs to wait and watch the drama ahead.
