ES grouping for collective agreement provision
An employee subgroup grouping for collective agreement provisions combines subgroups which are governed by the same valid collective agreement provisions. A provision is a specific labor law regulation within the collective agreement.  Examples 1 = Industrial workers/hourly wages 2 = Industrial workers/monthly wages 3 = Salaried employees 4 = Non pay scale employees 5 = Public servant *** Enter the same one which you grouped to your Employee Groups
