 LIVERPOOL Liverpool is owned by George Gillett and Tom Hicks, who acquired the club on 6 February 2007 from previous chairman David Moores. The deal valued the club and its outstanding debts at £218.9 million. According to the reports Chinese investor Kenny Huang is interested in buying out the club.
