Kambakkht Ishq

The most anticipated movie of 2009 -- 'Kambakkht Ishq' was definitely the biggest dud of the year. Considering the fact that it starred Akshay Kumar, humungous sets and top-notch action scenes, all you're left with, besides crash-sequences and Akshay Kumar with a bunch of bikini-clad women, was Kareena Kapoor in designer outfits!

Delhi 6

'Delhi 6' was one of the most promising films of the year. After all, it was director Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra's first release after the cult hit 'Rang De Basanti' and there were a lot of expectations riding on it. Unfortunately, Abhishek Bachchan and debutant Sonam Kapoor's convincing performaces could not save the film.

Billu

When 'Billu' flopped, it came as quite a shock because it had solid performances from Shah Rukh Khan and Irfan Khan. But then again, the audience was probably shocked as well, when they saw the film and realised that it was Irrfan Khan not SRK who was the film's main lead. Irrfan's huge talent was well-showcased but it could not save the film. Lara's rustic role in ***y cholis was hard to digest!

Acid Factory

White Feather Films' 'Acid Factory' endured a horrible first week performance. The opening days were very low in occupancies with expectations of a slightly better performance blown away by critical response. Too bad, the thriller, directed by Suparn Verma and produced by Sanjay Gupta, starring Fardeen Khan and Irfan Khan was a wash-out at the second week.

Aa Dekhen Zara

Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu? An odd pair to start with! Also, the movie was released at the wrong time, just when producers decided to go on a strike against multiplexes. Due to this, the film did not open at many places. The reviews were bad too and the film was a huge disaster.
