Default The Best Windows Phone 7 Mobiles So Far

It's been more than a month since the Windows Phone 7 smartphones were launched and it has been just a few days since they hit the stores. There are many reasons that would make you think why you should go for this new platform device over Android and iOS devices, but this Microsoft's all-new mobile operating system, the Windows Phone 7 is an entirely different beast to its clunky predecessor, Windows Mobile 6.5. It has features like attractive, fresh and easy-to-use interface, Facebook integration and a full mobile office suite. While it is far from perfect, its refreshing look and consistent performance makes it a valid alternative to competing smartphone platforms. Of these new Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 which already hit the market abroad, here is the round up of the best models.

Samsung Omnia 7
Windows Phone 7 smartphones may be extremely similar, but the Samsung Omnia 7 manages to stick its head above the pack thanks to its gorgeous Super AMOLED display and an excellent design. If you're in the market for a Windows Phone 7 smartphone, the Omnia 7 should be at the top of your list.
What's Hot: 4-inch Super AMOLED display, excellent fit and finish, attractive industrial-style design.
What's Not: Only 8GB of internal memory, no camera lens cover, Now hub offers nothing compelling, hard to record steady video footage.
HTC 7 Mozart
The HTC 7 Mozart smartphone may have limited internal memory, but its unibody design and the slick user interface of Microsoft Windows Phone 7 make it an attractive proposition -- even if its display lacks the wow factor of the competing Samsung Omnia 7.
What's Hot: 8-megapixel camera with Xenon flash, attractive unibody aluminium design, relatively compact for a phone with a 3.7in screen.
What's Not: Only 8GB of internal memory (and no card slot), touch-sensitive keys aren't backlit, volume keys poorly positioned.

HTC 7 Trophy
This new HTC phone offers a 3.8-inch SLCD display and a 5MP camera that doubles as a HD video recorder.
What's Hot: Large SLCD screen, 5MP camera with HD recording.
What's Not: No card slot and only 8GB of memory.

LG Optimus 7
LG's Optimus 7 boasts an impressive 16GB of storage and a 3.8in touchscreen display. Powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, the LG Optimus 7 has 512MB of RAM and 5MP of camera with HD recording.
What's Hot: 16GB of internal memory.
What's Not: No card slot and only 8GB of memory.

LG Optimus 7Q
LG's Optimus 7Q smartphone fails due to a clunky design and questionable keyboard layout. The Optimus 7Q performs as well as every other Windows Phone 7 device on the market, but lacks any real wow factor.
What's Hot: 16GB internal memory, physical QWERTY keyboard.
What's Not: Questionable build quality, poor positioning of shift and function keys, video hard to keep steady.

HTC HD7
The HTC HD7 features a massive 4.3in display and has a built-in kickstand, making it ideal for watching multimedia.
What's Hot: 4.3inch SLCD screen, built-in kickstand, slim design.
What's Not: Only 320 minutes quoted talk time.
