Default Rectangular Sambusac aka Samosa ( Middle Eastern Recipes)

Ingredients:








Also known as samboussa or simbusak, it is a small fried or baked pasty. They are usually half-moon shaped or triangular.

400 grams or 14 ounces of sausage
400 grams or 14 ounces of ground meet
1 medium sized potato
300 grams or 10.5 ounces of parmesan cheese

1 ripe tomato
2 medium sized onions
1 bell pepper
3-4 Tsp tomato paste

seasoning: salt + turmeric + black pepper + oregano powder + garlic powder (depends on your taste)

Step 1:








First chop up the onion and fry it in a pan.

Then dice the potato into small cubes.

And fry the cubes with the chopped onion.

Add the ground meat and fry. Make sure it cooks through.
