Dear All,Casting your vote is the most basic right of your citizenship. But the biggest hurdle to cast the vote is the electoral roll enrolment and absence of 'Electronic Voting Id cards' for the people wanting to cast the vote.
HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Association), the leading IT Industry body, has partnered with the 'Lets Vote' (www.letsvote.in) forum and has met with the CEC(Chief Election Commissioner) to enable and simplify this activity for the associates in the IT industry. As patrons of HYSEA, we are glad to bring this facility to our associates.
The process of procuring the Voter Id cards and/or enrolling for the Electoral roll has been simplified and all it takes now are 4 simple steps:
1)Use the attached forms for requesting your Voter ID and/or Electoral roll.
2)Fill the forms for self and family members in all respects required as per the form. You need to certify on behalf of your family members (FAQs are available at www.letsvote.in and http://www.ceoandhra.nic.in). Note you need one passport size photograph each for the two forms.
3)Hand over the duly filled forms to the AR (Associate Relations) team members on your floors.
4)These collated forms, post verification, will be sent to the HYSEA office from where the CEC's office will collect the forms for further processing.
